A study showed, women's sex drive decreases faster than men. This condition had strengthened the reason some men prefer younger women.

Researchers from the British Medic Journal revealed, the man still has a raging sexual desire despite his age has reached 70 years. While female sexual arousal begins to decrease when entering the age of 65 years.

Men have positive feelings toward sexual life throughout his life. However, it all depends on the condition of his health. Male sexual needs usually decline when his health was no longer fit.

The results of this study were taken from two separate studies. The first study conducted in 1995-1996 with 3000 men and women aged 25-74 years. The second, conducted in 2006 with 3000 men and women from various regions around the age of 57-85 years.

Two studies concluded, men and women should maintain their stamina and health as early as possible to maintain sexual arousal through old age. Healthy lifestyle with exercise, healthy diet, and adequate rest is one of the key success to maintain a lasting sexual life.

The results also reveal, the elderly men with age range 75-85 years, 40 percent of whom said it still sexually active. Only 17 percent of elderly women said the same thing.
